 Imporient and The Point Foundation

In order to save The Noel Orphanage we have teamed up with other like minded companies and individuals to form ‘The Point Foundation’. The focus of our objectives are centred around the words ‘Life, Live, Learn’, and in this context the Foundation will raise sufficient funding to bring love, care, compassion and education to transform the lives of orphaned children around the world, but principally in Africa, from birth to 18 years of age.

Sally Gunnell, our patron, has pledged her support to raise awareness of The Point Foundation and its cause. Find out more about the work of the Point Foundation by clicking on the link above.

In her role as Patron of The Point Foundation, Sally Gunnell OBE, along with members from Imporient, made her first trip to Rwanda to see firsthand the plight of the children whose lives we are trying to transform.

Whilst there, she also visited the Pfunda Tea Estate learning more about high quality tea production, Imporient’s investment in the community and the contributions Imporient makes to the Noel Orphanage.

The trip was a great success with everyone in agreement that it had only highlighted further the importance of the work being undertaken and the need for greater investment.

A percentage of each sale of Imporient tea goes to the Noel Orphanage or if you wish you can donate by going to the ‘Shop’ and clicking on ‘Help the Orphanage’.
