Delivery Information
Deliveries can be made anywhere – international by courier, UK by Royal Mail. Uk deliveries will be despatched within 2 working days from time the order was placed, applicable to orders placed before 12:00. Postage and Packing for all UK deliveries is charged at the following rates:
Below 2 kilograms - £2.75
2 kilograms and above - £5.50
Orders over £40 - free delivery
We will only charge postage once per order, even if we have to send more than one parcel.
'Free' p+p for orders over £40 to ONLY APPLY TO UK MAINLAND.
Return Policy
Under the UK Distance Selling Regulatons, you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days upon receipt of the goods. However, in the interests of hygiene, we regret this does not apply to any opened packages of food items.
Once received, goods which are not of satisfactory quality or not as described, may be returned for a full refund or exchange. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt.
